The AMHA Board of Directors has revised Bylaw 2.2 Membership and it is now in effect. At their May 2008 meeting, the
Board of Directors revised Bylaw 2.2. The revised Bylaw could have serious impact on our rights as members and is already
in effect. In addition, under Bylaw 11.1, the AMHA is not required to inform the membership of this change until the next
